Schedule (details provided upon registration):

• Assessment Day: August 17 (All ages 6 - 11 years old)

• Please ensure the following attire:

  • A solid-colored shirt (any color)​

  • Black shorts

  • Cheer shoes or any closed-toe athletic shoes

  • ​Hair must be pulled back and secured away from the face.​

• Meet the Coaches: August 24

• 1st Game: September 7

• Championships: November 8

• Practice Days: Wednesdays | Gateway Synthetic Fields | Coaches will communicate practice times via the Band App.

Game days are on Saturdays between the hours of 8 AM & 3 PM with the exception of Championship week, which is held on a Friday Night under the lights.

Age eligibility for MC Sports League divisions is determined by the age of the participants as of September 1st, 2024

 

MC Sports League Cheerleading Age Definitions

 

Tiny Tumblers: 6-7 Years Division

In the Tiny Tumblers division, we celebrate the growth and enthusiasm of our young cheerleaders who are just starting their journey in the world of cheer. Participants in this division must be 6 or 7 years old on or before September 1, 2024. This exciting stage allows them to develop essential cheer skills, learn basic routines, and experience the joy of teamwork and performance in a supportive environment.

 

Shining Stars: 8-9 Years Division

The Shining Stars division is where our cheerleaders truly dazzle, showcasing their commitment and talent. Participants must be 8 or 9 years old on or before September 1, 2024. Here, they will be introduced to healthy competition as they embark on a journey of skill development, mastering more advanced routines, and building confidence. This division fosters friendships and teamwork, teaching athletes the value of sportsmanship while they shine on the mat.

 

Elite Flyers: 10-11 Years Division

In the Elite Flyers division, our athletes step into the spotlight, ready to tackle new challenges and reach new heights. Participants in this division should be 10 or 11 years old on or before September 1, 2024. This exhilarating phase allows them to showcase their refined skills, engage in intense routines, and experience the thrill of competitive cheerleading. With dedication and perseverance, they will build a strong foundation for lifelong cheerleading excellence.

 

These age divisions provide a nurturing environment for our young cheerleaders to flourish. It is a journey of holistic growth in mind, body, and spirit, fostering camaraderie and personal achievement, all while having a blast as they cheer for their teams!
